I built my career from receptionist to global leadership roles in Fortune 500 organizations, navigating reorganizations, mergers, integrations, layoffs, reinvention, bias, and organizational change along the way. I reached moments where outward success no longer matched inner alignment—and chose to redefine success on my own terms.
Today, with more than 30 years of leadership experience and coaching credentials, I provide women’s career coaching that blends strategic thinking, leadership insight, and calm perspective.
